7x Network ("we", "us") operates diday. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1. Information we collect

  • Account data: email address and authentication identifiers when you sign up (via Firebase Authentication).
  • Plan data: plan names, activities, schedules, calendar assignments, and sharing settings you create (stored in Firebase Firestore).
  • Sharing data: email addresses you invite to plans, invitation status, and member roles.
  • Subscription data: when you purchase Pro, Apple or Google process payment. RevenueCat receives subscription status linked to your Firebase user ID so we can unlock Pro features. We do not receive your full payment card details.
  • Usage limits: we store counts needed to enforce free-tier limits and Pro AI fair-use limits.
  • Device data: local notification preferences stored on your device.
  • AI import (optional): if you enable AI import, the schedule text you paste is sent to Google Gemini for parsing. We do not use AI import unless you turn it on in Account settings.

2. How we use information

We use your data to provide the App: authenticate you, store and sync your plans, deliver sharing invitations, verify subscriptions and promo Pro access, enforce plan limits, and schedule local reminders. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Third-party services

  • Firebase (Google): authentication, database, and cloud functions.
  • RevenueCat: subscription status and entitlement verification.
  • Apple App Store / Google Play: in-app purchase processing when you subscribe to Pro.
  • Google Gemini: optional AI schedule parsing when you enable AI import and use AI parse (Pro).

These providers process data according to their own privacy policies.

4. Data storage and security

Data is stored in Firebase infrastructure. We use industry-standard security measures, but no system is completely secure.

5. Sharing with others

When you invite someone by email, they receive access to the shared plan according to the role you assign. Other members can see plan content and your email as plan owner or collaborator. Free users may accept invitations but cannot send invitations without Pro.

6. Local notifications

Activity reminders are scheduled locally on your device. Notification content is derived from your plans and is not sent to our servers for delivery.

7. Your choices

  • Notifications: toggle off in Account settings.
  • AI import: disabled by default; enable in Account settings before using AI parse.
  • Subscriptions: manage or cancel Pro billing in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
  • Account deletion: delete your account from the Account screen. This permanently removes your authentication account, user profile data, and all plans you own.

8. Data retention

We retain your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, owned plans and associated user data are removed. Backups may persist briefly per Firebase retention practices.

9. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be reflected in the in-app policy text.
