Terms of Service for diday

Welcome to diday ("the App"), operated by 7x Network. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. The service

diday helps families create day plans with timed activities, schedule them on a calendar, share plans by email, and receive local activity reminders. The App is free to use.

2. Your account

You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of plans and activities you create. By sharing a plan with others, you grant invited users access according to the role you assign (viewer or editor). You must not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the App, attempt to access other users' data, interfere with the service, or reverse-engineer the App except where permitted by law.

5. Sharing

Signed-in users may invite others to view or edit plans by email.

6. Text import

You may paste a schedule in the documented format, or copy a prompt from the App into ChatGPT or Gemini and paste the reply back. The App parses that text on your device. You are responsible for content you submit to third-party AI services and for not including sensitive personal data you do not wish to share with them.

7. Notifications

The App schedules local notifications on your device for activity reminders. You can disable these in Account settings.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Account screen. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile and all plans you own. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 7x Network is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
