Terms of Service for diday

Welcome to diday ("the App"), operated by 7x Network. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. The service

diday helps families create day plans with timed activities, schedule them on a calendar, share plans by email, and receive local activity reminders. Some features require a Pro subscription purchased through the App Store or Google Play, or complimentary Pro access via promo codes.

2. Your account

You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of plans and activities you create. By sharing a plan with others, you grant invited users access according to the role you assign (viewer or editor). You must not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the App, attempt to access other users' data, interfere with the service, or reverse-engineer the App except where permitted by law.

5. Free and Pro plans

Free accounts may create up to 2 plans, 20 activities across owned plans, and 14 calendar assignment days. Free accounts may accept invitations to shared plans but may not invite others or use AI import.

Pro unlocks unlimited plans, activities, and calendar assignments, plan sharing, and AI import subject to a fair-use monthly limit. Pro may be purchased as a monthly subscription through your app store account or granted via a valid promo code. Promo codes are non-transferable unless stated otherwise and may be revoked if misused.

6. Subscriptions and billing

If you purchase Pro through the App Store or Google Play, billing is handled by Apple or Google under their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by the store provider.

7. AI import (Pro)

If you enable AI import in Account settings, pasted schedule text is sent to Google Gemini for parsing. Pro includes a monthly fair-use limit on AI imports. You are responsible for not submitting sensitive personal data you do not wish to share with that service. You may use the built-in non-AI parser without enabling AI import.

8. Notifications

The App schedules local notifications on your device for activity reminders. You can disable these in Account settings.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Account screen. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile and all plans you own. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 7x Network is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
