This Privacy Policy explains how Num Num OU (operating as 7x network), collects, uses, and shares your information when you use our mobile application Dojo ("App").

1. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us when using the Dojo app, such as when you create an account, request customer support, or communicate with us. This information may include:

  • Your name and email address
  • Account and profile information
  • Training, workout, and fitness-related data you create or save in the app
  • Messages you send to us for support or feedback
  • Any other information you choose to provide

We also collect limited technical information needed to operate the app, such as device and crash logs, and subscription status when you use in-app purchases. Our service providers (including hosting, authentication, error reporting, and payment platforms) process data on our behalf under contracts that require appropriate safeguards.

2. How We Use Your Information

Num Num OU uses the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Dojo app
  • Process and complete transactions
  • Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages
  • Respond to your comments, questions, and requests
  • Develop new products and services

Num Num OU takes reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Retention periods vary by data type:

  • Account and profile data (name, email, login credentials): retained for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account in the app, we begin removing your account and associated data within 24 hours. Removal from our primary systems is typically completed within 30 days.
  • Training and fitness content (workouts, programs, logs, and related records): retained while your account is active and until you delete the content or your account.
  • Subscription and purchase records: retained for up to 7 years where needed for billing, tax, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. Payment processors may retain records according to their own policies.
  • Support and feedback messages: retained for up to 3 years to respond to inquiries and improve our services.
  • Crash and diagnostic logs: retained for up to 13 months to diagnose and fix technical issues.
  • Analytics and usage data: retained in identifiable form for up to 24 months, and in aggregated or anonymized form for longer where permitted.

We may retain certain information longer when required by law, to resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or protect the security and integrity of our services. Backups and logs may take additional time to be purged from all systems.

6. Your Choices

You can update or correct your account information in the app. You can delete your account and associated data using Delete Account in the app's Settings, or by contacting us at sevenxnetwork@gmail.com. You may also opt out of promotional communications by following the instructions in those messages.

7. Changes to this Privacy Policy

Num Num OU may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the policy and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice.
