Privacy Policy for Laulupidu
Last updated: 26 September 2026
Overview
Laulupidu is a chord sheet reader for songs you add yourself. You do not need an account. This policy explains what stays on your device and what the app does not collect. Num Num OU (operating as 7x network) publishes this policy for the Laulupidu app.
Information stored on your device
When you add or edit a song, Laulupidu saves the title, artist, key, capo, tuning, difficulty, chords, sections, and the original text you entered. This library is stored only in local storage on your device. It is not uploaded to a server. There is no cloud backup and no sync between devices.
Clipboard
If you tap Paste from clipboard, the app reads the clipboard one time to fill the chord sheet or import songs. It does not monitor the clipboard in the background.
Export and share
When you export or share, the song text is copied or handed to the share sheet so you can move it yourself. Laulupidu does not upload that text.
Screen awake
While a song is open, the app can keep the screen from sleeping so you can read the chart while you play. That behavior stays on your device and is not reported anywhere.
What we do not collect
Laulupidu does not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or advertising identifier. The app does not include analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or tracking tools. We do not sell or share personal information, because the app does not send your library or identity to us.
Children
Laulupidu is a general-audience music tool. It is not directed at children under 13, or the equivalent minimum age where you live, and it does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your choices
You can delete one song from its edit screen, or delete every song from Settings. Uninstalling Laulupidu also removes the library stored by the app on that device. Because songs are not sent to us, a deleted library cannot be restored from a server.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated text will appear in the app and on this page with a new date.
