This Privacy Policy explains how Num Num OU (operating as 7x network) collects, uses, and shares your information when you use our mobile application loc8 ("App"), which connects to the location.lol service.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us when using the loc8 app, such as when you sign in, search for places, or contact us for support. This information may include:

  • Your name and email address when you sign in with Google
  • Your Firebase user identifier (UID) and sign-in provider
  • Search queries and map interactions you perform in the app
  • Messages you send to us for support or feedback

Location data: With your permission, loc8 accesses your device's foreground location to center the map on your position and show nearby places. Your precise GPS coordinates are used on your device and sent to Google's Maps and Places services to fulfil your searches. We do not store your raw location coordinates on our servers.

Login ledger: When you sign in, our servers record your Firebase UID, email address, and sign-in provider in a login ledger. This is used to operate the service, prevent abuse, and enforce access limits.

We also collect limited technical information needed to operate the app, such as device type and crash logs. Our service providers (including Google Firebase, Google Maps/Places, and hosting platforms) process data on our behalf under contracts that require appropriate safeguards.

2. How We Use Your Information

Num Num OU uses the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the loc8 app and location.lol service
  • Authenticate you and keep your account secure
  • Display map results, place details, and travel-time estimates
  • Prevent abuse and enforce fair-use limits
  • Respond to your comments, questions, and support requests
  • Develop new features and services

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

Num Num OU does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • With service providers such as Google (Maps, Places, Sign-In) and Firebase, who need access to information to carry out work on our behalf
  • In response to a request for information if we believe disclosure is in accordance with any applicable law, regulation, or legal process
  • If we believe your actions are inconsistent with our policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of Num Num OU or others
  • In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company
  • With your consent or at your direction

Google's use of data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

4. Data Security

Num Num OU takes reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy:

  • Account and login ledger data (Firebase UID, email, provider): retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for abuse prevention and legal compliance.
  • Location data: processed in real time on your device and by Google services; not persistently stored on our servers.
  • Support messages: retained for up to 3 years to respond to inquiries and improve our services.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us at sevenxnetwork@gmail.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days where feasible.

6. Your Choices

You can revoke location permission at any time in your device settings; loc8 will continue to work for address-based searches, but features that depend on your current position will be limited. You can sign out of the app at any time. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at sevenxnetwork@gmail.com.

7. Changes to this Privacy Policy

Num Num OU may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the policy and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice.
