Terms of Service for loc8

The service
These terms govern the loc8 app and its connection to location.lol, operated by Num Num OU (operating as 7x network). loc8 lets you search for places, view maps, compare commutes, see travel-time estimates, and look up petrol prices in Australia. The app uses the same account as the location.lol website. We may update or remove features at any time.
Accounts
You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for that account and for activity under it. You can delete the account from Support, then Delete Account. Deletion removes the Firebase account and the associated login ledger data.
Location
Some features need device location so the map can center on you and nearby search, including Australian fuel prices, can run. You can turn location off in the system settings. Address search still works without it.
Third-party services
loc8 relies on Google Sign-In, Google Maps, Google Places, Firebase, and Petrolmate for Australian fuel prices. Their terms apply to those pieces. Fuel prices can lag the price on the pump.
Acceptable use
Do not use loc8 unlawfully, try to access another person’s account, scrape or overload the service, or reverse engineer the app except where the law allows. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other people at risk.
Disclaimer
loc8 and location.lol are provided as-is. Map data, place information, and travel times may be wrong. To the extent the law allows, Num Num OU is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using the app.
