Information the site handles

If you create an account, the site stores the email and sign-in details needed to keep you logged in. If you buy a plan, payment card details are handled by the payment processor (Stripe), not typed into a page we store card numbers on.

Training plans, session history, and the intake form (anamnese) contain information you or Luiz enter so the coaching can be delivered. That information is used for your training, not sold.

The public contact form sends your name, email, and message so Luiz can reply. The site also uses product analytics to understand which pages are used.

How long it stays

Account and training records stay while you are a client and as long as needed to provide the service, meet accounting duties, or resolve a dispute. You can ask for access or deletion using the contact details below.
